There is an issue in codecov with uploading test report, described here: https://community.codecov.com/t/upload-issues-unable-to-locate-build-via-github-actions-api/3954

To Reproduce

1. Create a PR
2. Check codecov step in verify PR job

Expected behavior
Test report successfully upladed to codecov, every time.
