i think, this was an oversight, as we in general want to tune down email addresses ¹

eg. it is easily imaginable that someone is already on the correct path of sharing a vcard, and then thinks "great, why share a vcard, just use the address" :)

to make the vcard not look too boring and a bit more recognisable, maybe show the string "Contact" in the subtitle instead. EDIT: we just removed the address

once the details are figured out and done, we should file corresponding issues on iOS/desktop
