tune down "edit relay" #4208
Description
"edit relay" is an super-advanced function that should not be that much in the face:
instead of having a dedicated button, a context menu is better - we do that even for non-advanced functions eg. in the profile switcher.
at some point we may not show "edit relay" at all for chatmail, but we're not there -and even if, it is still better to have it in the context menu for mentioned reason.
when on that, one can also consider to move "Delete" to the context menu, again, this also fits better with profile.
this is also what iOS is doing, when this is figured out here, file an issue for desktop
