tap on chat-description-changes should open profile

when tapping the info message "Chat Description changed" it is very likely that the user wants to see the changed chat description.

easiest and probably even best way to do that, is to open the profile.

this requires a core with chatmail/core#7871, when on that, also set stock strings from chatmail/core#7869
