Update to the latest binaryen

Our version is like a year out of date. There are probably some breaking changes. But for 1.0 we think it's best to be up-to-date.

So it isn't likely that we can achieve this upgrade until someone responds and helps us out on this issue: AssemblyScript/binaryen.js#104. I've also asked in the AssemblyScript discord channel. We're going to wait until we get some guidance before proceeding down this path.
