Get rid of the `--http-server` flag

Once we do this, I think that the experimental mode will almost exclusively be used to get access to the Node stdlib, and maybe most specifically to build HTTP Server canisters. If this is the case, we should probably change the npx azle new command to implicitly do what the --http-server flag does, and just get rid of the --http-server flag.
