Sorry, I don't quite understand. Are you saying that it will continue to give you a popup, even after you have created a rule?

Svhost is the primary reason why I created wildcard rules, because it hosts a bunch of subprocesses, and normal rules won't work well.

You might a well just set a wildcard rule for svchost.exe It used for dozens of legitimate function, and otherwise you will have to hit 'Allow Outgoing' many times because it will be using different ports, ect each time.
