Bug: adb.exe and brave.exe does not trigger a notification

Neither adb.exe or brave.exe triggers an notification when they try an outbound connection. I have to add them manually. Is there a reason certain programs trigger a notification while other do not?

I changed the filtering for the dashboard/popups in version 2.6.8. I tested with Brave, and confirmed it prompted me to create a rule. If it doesn't work for you still, please reopen.

Unfortunately it still does not trigger a popup for either of the programs. I made sure to remove the rules first of course before upgrade of MinimalFirewall.

I actually don't have the right to reopen issues it seems.

Could you remind me what you're using (OS version, system language), and if you have any customizations, like other firewalls or privacy/security software related to this?

Windows 11 Pro (24H2). US language with Swedish region/formatting. No customizations regarding networking or security at all.

Also Sunshine and DroidCam do not trigger any popups.

Also Steam and Discord don't trigger popups for me. 24H2, polish language.
