c6c35db wallet: change `ScanForWalletTransactions` to use `Ticks()` (w0xlt)

Pull request description:

  This PR changes `ScanForWalletTransactions()` to use the `Ticks(Dur2 d)` function (introduced in bitcoin#25456).
