zabbix configuration

I can't configure zabbix to send information to gotify.

My configuration is zabbix 7.0.

As for the gotify server, it works and receives information from e.g. Uptime Kuma.

I'm at the configuration stage in zabbix and it's not clear to me what I'm doing wrong.

I have configured the media types and run a test with the running parameters.

I don't understand point 5.

what should I do with these parameters?

"Define the following parameters:

{ALERT.SENDTO} - Gotify API Token
{ALERT.SUBJECT} - Notification subject
{ALERT.MESSAGE} - Notification message
{TRIGGER.SEVERITY} - Trigger severity (used to determine priority in Gotify)

And in the user configuration itself "In the Send to field, enter your Gotify API Token." Do I enter the token generated in gotify here, the same one as indicated {ALERT.SENDTO}?
