Add auto-create database for deployments from Deploy button #927

What problem are you trying to solve?
The deploy button is really useful for README.md’s but some projects require a database which means it’s harder to set it up.
Describe the solution you'd like
A query parameter to auto create the database would be really helpful.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Additional steps on the README page but makes the deploy button less useful if it does not deploy without extra configuration
