Show all project diagnostics not just buffer ones

Hi, I have ALE working and correctly showing buffer level diagnostics both inline and also in the location list. Is there a way to see project wide diagnostics? I've searched the doc but can't see anything. #2521 leads me to believe it's possible, but my google-fu is failing me.

Any and all help appreciated :-). Thanks!
