We would use the colored tags for a status, such as Representation requests (Power of attorney Form 21-22).

Mobile has already done some exploration for this, especially with how it could relate to future states for Bluesky mobile check engine lights (urgent vs. non-urgent tags, alerts, notifications) and how it could be optimized to take up less vertical space given typical mobile screen orientation and limited screen space.
