I have a dotnet framwork project that uses newtonsoft Newtonsoft.Json:9.0.1. This contains a vulnerability according to the nvd see https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/search#/nvd/home?keyword=Newtonsoft.Json&resultType=records
Expected behavior
Expected a hit on newtonsoft
