How to deploy from private git repository with port-forwarding.

I want to deploy laravel application from private git repository with port-forwarding.
However deploy process is hanged up at the tunnel:create task.
And I use Github Enterprise to manage my source in private network.

I tried this code. Omitting some parts of deploy.php.
