Magento 2 - How to apply security patch along with deployer

Hi

I am using deployer for my website. I have created below task for my Magento 2.4.3-p1 community edition and set the task to run after deploy:vendors but it throws errors.

This throws below error when I run the deployer.

My bad. Need to keep the files in the root to avoid the issue.
