Provisioning on Ubuntu 22.04 is failing on python installation

I am trying to provision the server with Ubuntu 22.04

it fails when belove task is run:

run export DEBIAN_FRONTEND='noninteractive'; apt-get install -y acl apt-transport-https build-essential caddy curl debian-archive-keyring debian-keyring fail2ban gcc git libmcrypt4 libpcre3-dev libsqlite3-dev make ncdu nodejs pkg-config python redis sendmail sqlite3 ufw unzip uuid-runtime whois

errors:

Package python is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
    python2-minimal python2 dh-python 2to3 python-is-python3
E: Package 'python' has no installation candidate
error  in provision.php on line 139:
exit code 100 (Unknown error)

is there any way I can fix this?

or do I have to switch to Ubuntu 20?

was able to fix it by changing "python" to "python-is-python3" in recipe/provision.php #3233
