Deploy but without releases folder

Hello, I would like to use Deployer to deploy symfony project, but without the "releases" management.

At the end, I want just my project in his single folder. No shared files, releases folder....

Is there an option to prevent that in Deployer, or should I override all tasks ?

In this case you only need one task: rsync.
