How Can I Use Input Options in Newer Versions of Deployer (argument function fails!)

In version 6 of Deployer you could use:

Input options

You can define additional input options and arguments, before defining tasks:

use Symfony\Component\Console\Input\InputOption;
use Symfony\Component\Console\Input\InputArgument;

argument('stage', InputArgument::OPTIONAL, 'Run tasks only on this host or stage.');
option('tag', null, InputOption::VALUE_OPTIONAL, 'Tag to deploy.');

But I get and error in version 7:

Call to undefined function Deployer\argument()

So how do I use Input Options in the newer versions?
