Was PHP 7.4 support dropped intentionally? Our staging deployment pipeline just failed:

Fatal error: Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ">= 8.1.0". You are running 7.4.16. in phar:///root/.composer/vendor/deployer/deployer/dep/vendor/composer/platform_check.php on line 24

I've noticed that the PHP requirement has been dropped from the composer.json, but the patch notes don't mention anything.

Looks like composer update did updated to incompatible deps. Will release a new version with php7 support.
