Telegram test env support

Telegram has a test environment, which is different from production env. In the official docs the url for test env looks this way: https://api.telegram.org/bot<token>/test/METHOD_NAME. I didn't find a solution in vue-tg docs on the way to switch between telegram's test and prod envs

This library is designed for writing Mini Apps using Vue. It doesn't call Bot API methods, it only uses the client SDK provided by Telegram: https://core.telegram.org/bots/webapps#initializing-mini-apps
