Document Krew installation method

It seems kubectl krew install popeye also works. Is that not a supported installation method? I don't see it in the README.

It installs quite an old version, perhaps the krew index should be updated?

For that, please consider setting up Krew release automation which helps you skip manually making updates to your Krew manifests on each new version and send a pull request. It’s a GitHub workflow bot that can run every time you push a new tag. Those PRs are automatically approved.

looks like the workflow file krew.yml uses the rajatjindal/krew-release-bot GitHub Action, which is triggered on every GitHub release. This action automatically updates the Krew plugin index with the new version of Popeye. No manual update is required for each release

So I have created a PR to update the docs for krew install. #486 .
