Add Toasts on action completion

Add a toast notification (see here) on completion of tasks such as:

• View deletion
• View Modification
• View Addition
• GPU Scan
• Settings Changed

However, a much more useful case is when opening sub-windows fails, e.g.:

• About window
• App settings window
