Creates extensive test coverage for Flask decorator functionality including authentication validation, OTP/MagicLink flows, OAuth integration, and session management.

Tests cover both success and error scenarios for all decorators, ensuring proper cookie handling, permission validation, and context storage.

Updates mypy configuration to include samples directory in type checking.
