Add Tags field to Post

This is simple concept. Add Tags field to Post. When person makes a comment to a post, the poster gets notified. But if the comment is made to that comment, notification only travels one level up. If you add Tags field to Post, apps can add usernames of everybody up the comment tree (or only selected usernames). This is how it works on X app. So when somebody makes a Post and people are discussing in comments, the initial poster gets notified and can follow the discussion easy.

And you can also use it when people posting photos they can tag a list of users as well, no need to add tags in Post body. @diamondhands0 @lazynina please make this happen👍
