User Story:
As a Sales Representative,
I want to view a customer’s account status,
So that I can decide whether to offer a new service or product.
Story Points: 2
Acceptance Criteria:
- The sales representative must be logged into the platform with the correct role.
- The system must display a customer’s account summary including total overdue balance, number of overdue invoices, and current subscription status (if applicable).
- Sales representatives must have read-only access (no edit, delete, or add permissions).
- The account status must be consistent with finance staff records.
