1wire in addition to of serial #1

hi dev-lab,
I see you used this with ESP8266. I was looking for a generic nano bitwacker (similar to UBW for pic), and came across this and loved it :).
It's a bit raw, but you may like my addition of 1-wire slave code (https://github.com/btsimonh/arduino-generic-pin); I'll use it with a modified sonoff-tasmota ESP firmware. Works great on the bench, will wait and see what distance I can get on 1-wire with it and some sensors...
I also did some mods to your code (case-insensitivity, accept \r\n, etc.
