hello, first of all, thanks for the work of doing all this...

the version previous to 2.0.4-20251103 worked very well for me when I installed it, but the current one doesn't work for me the configurator... we already talked about it in another email (#217). It worked for me once, but now reinstalling the system on a new card, I can't get it out, it's impossible, all the problems mentioned come back... I give up and will wait for a new version...

I have a RPi4, 32GB SD card

I only use kstars and indi, I wonder if I couldn't put the original raspberry system (raspberry pi OS) and install kstars and indi

+1 as having the same issues mentioned in 217 (and kstars etc will not load) - thanks

installer freezes at 41% and then silently quits at ~70%. Pi5 - 32GB SD Card - retried multiple times

I've written a pre install, post install update (as the update breaks the libraries), and a post install clean-up script - this got it working for me pending a proper fix. save as a .sh script - change permissions to allow execution and run as sudo. do the patch before running the installer.

Hello,
after making a new installation and before running the configurator I ran point 2 of the Script and then, when finish, I started the configurator, and everything went well.
Then I wanted to update the entire system using the desktop icon "upadate-astroarch" and it couldn't update my system. I went back to the Script and ran point 3 and updated the entire system correctly. Then with point 4 I fixed the Symlinks library, as you indicated. So, for now, EVERYTHING IS FINE, now I'm going to configure kstars.

From now on, do I do successive software updates using the point 3 of the script?
