Change Cape Cosmetic to a different Cosmetic in the future

While capes are nice and all and a good developer contribution reward I feel, it was brought up it might not be the grandest of ideas, and somewhat overdone by mods. So I'd like to in the future have a different toggle-able cosmetic thing to show that you've contributed to the Pastel mods.

Maybe Mallard on your head with a monocle? Who knows, ideas are open, feel free to tell me.
