Sentry Logging Feature (Pending)

getsentry/sentry#86804 is currently in beta state. Once fully release, I could implement this and replace LogServiceMessageOut.lua's current implementation with it.

I can prob start working on it now that classes ended. There shouldn't be any issues with HttpRequest other than optimizing log flushes.
