Problems with flashing

Hello everyone!
I'm trying to flash https://github.com/devbis/z03mmc?tab=readme-ov-file
via https://devbis.github.io/telink-zigbee/
I successfully flashed one device (!).
I have two more, on each: I connect, click "Do Activation"
I receive the Device Known ID, Mi Token, Mi Bind Key
and... nothing happens.
