Large multi unit parts end up with units name A,B,C,D,... in a random order
Describe the solution you'd like
When splitting up a large part, the unit names in the input CSV can contain useful information that could be displayed/used. I'm not sure when it was introduced, but Kicad 9.0 has a "Set Unit Display Name" where this can be set and it is shown instead of UNIT A
