Track LOC through existing Discord.js util

- Feel free to restructure the `utils/discord.ts` file if you need to.
- Database is already hooked up on the VPS, MongoDB. It's available under the `Props.db` object.
- Bot is "Devcord Veritifaction", let me know if you need access to it.
