Description
This means both when they get muted and unmuted too either by theirself or some moderator does it, also for deafening and log it in a way it is done (for example: if a member muted theirself and not a mod did it, then log "member has muted in channel <voiceChannelName/ID>" but if a mod muted them then "member has muted in channel <voiceChannelName/ID>")
