Mexico model class colours and parameters

We should update the Mexico model class colours and distribution parameters.
@LanesGood do you mind taking a look at the colours?
@srmsoumya can you update the distribution?

The latest model i.e Mexico 0.1-alpha has the right class colors & distribution parameters.

@LanesGood can you verify if this is inline with what we had for NAIP models?
