I've started something over https://github.com/lambgeo/titiler-layer

This is mostly to be able to quickly see the difference between using GDAL 3.2 and GDAL 2.4 (using rasterio==1.2.0).

The layer for GDAL 3.2 weight 249Mb 😱

I might use lambgeo org to create a really lightweight layer that only works with COG
