Provide wheels on PyPI for titiler >0.15.6

Titiler wheels are not available on PyPI after version 0.15.6.

Oh! titiler metadata package shouldn't be used, but instead use titiler.core and titiler.application

I'm not sure there is a fix here, because the meta package has no python files

Thanks. It looks like it may be an issue with the pixi package manager... it seems to be ignoring the subpackage information.

For future reference, quotes are needed to specify a subpackage in pixi. For example:
