Transfer to englacial?

I'd like to add @shahinmg and @espg as collaborators on this repo, but I'm wondering if it'd be better to first re-home this repository in https://github.com/englacial. Do either of you have a preference?

I do not have a preference. I imagine it depends on whether @espg and englacial envision developing xopr-viewer more in the future?

Sure, we can transfer to englacial for now-- we can switch again in the future if needed.

shucks, I don't think this will work. I got the error "You don’t have the permission to create public repositories on englacial". We could just keep this here
