Type in transform #262
Description
Just did a layout for a 2030A (pentawatt) circuit and while the datasheet gave
me measurements for the distance between the legs of the component, I had no
way of moving the pads the specified distance.
I suggest a feature where I select a component and then select a "Type in move"
and I get to type in how far the component should be moved in X and Y.
