Expose a filtered version of iOS system logs for debugging

We have this working in development in a simple way.

However, have held off pushing this to prod as unsure of value. The logs are very verbose.

Please upvote and comment if you would find this useful.

This would be nice. We've been using device cloud since January, and we just ran into a case when it would have been nice to have, even if it was just downloading a raw text file with all the logs in it.
