[FEATURE] Add a way of testing the workflow within NPM

Description

It'd be great if there was a way of testing the workflow within NPM, a Shell script, or in Bash/Linux directly.
I could take a look into this and see if there's a way. I'm getting more familiarized with workflows and stuff, hehe.

Please go ahead! I hope that you are doing well and I'm glad to see that you are still contributing to the repo.

I don't know if it's possible to do since it requires running GitHub instances. You can look into how to test GitHub Actions though
