Question about the "echo id" parameter

Hi, I’m having trouble with the "echo id" parameter. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to enter for it.

I was trying to send a message back to a client via Chatwoot, but I’m not sure if I’m doing it correctly. I also couldn’t find any information about the "echo id" parameter in the documentation. Could you clarify its purpose and how to use it?

As for not found error - do you use ChatWoot Inbox credentials? I see it's ChatWoot Account, but you need to use chatwoot inbox creds (inbox token) for that create message API in inbox
