[WEBJS][ChatWoot] - Chatwoot integration messages sent via API not appear in customer chat

Describe the bug

If a message is sent through API or via the WhatsApp App and not via Chatwoot It will appear in a common chat and not in the chat of that customer, while from the screenshot in the documentation the behaviour appear to be different

Hi! What is "common" chat? Could you share some screenshots may be with explanation?
Do you use GOWS engine?

We'll check WEBJS, but consider using GOWS one, it's one we've tested all solutions with.
WEBJS and NOWEB might have a bit different behaviour, will cover it later too

I have messages like this that goes in a Chatwoot chat that is the name of my WhatsApp account and not in the chat of the customer that receive that message.
GOWS is safe as much as WEBJS?

I test everything with GOWS and It's working perfectly.
I think that the issue is with WEBJS.
