• I would like the ability to mark messages as read, so agents know if the customer has read the message. Agents don't have access to the app; this would greatly facilitate customer interaction.

• When the agent sends the message in Chatwoot, after the customer receives and reads the message, it is marked as read in Chatwoot.

But when integrating the Chatwoot app within Wara, you have to send this read receipt to Chatwoot. And that doesn't exist yet.
