Describe the solution you'd like

  • I would like the ability to mark messages as read, so agents know if the customer has read the message. Agents don't have access to the app; this would greatly facilitate customer interaction.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

  • When the agent sends the message in Chatwoot, after the customer receives and reads the message, it is marked as read in Chatwoot.
