I'm having the same problem with methods:
GET /api/{session}/groups/{id}/participants and GET /api/{session}/groups/{id}/participants/v2
on gows-2025.11.1

The last time it worked was on gows-2025.8.3, but there was a "database locked" error there.

However, it doesn't affect all groups. Out of 537 groups, 172 don't return the participants list.

Additionally, if you check the general groups list (GET /api/{session}/groups) or get information for a specific group by ID (GET /api/{session}/groups/{id}), the response structure looks something like this - useless data, nothing correct except the JID:

Could you please confirm if you're experiencing the same symptom when retrieving group information?

POST /api/{session}/groups/refresh does not solve this problem
after executing the method and waiting for a long time, the same groups with the same JID do not change their content and participants

Also, I found the source of this WARN.
It's in the library whatsmeow:

It seems our problems are actually different after all.
The issue is either in this library or on WA side, and hopefully, the developer will confirm this.
