[GOWS] [Chatwoot] - Creating empty conversation when a contact migrates whatsapp number

Describe the bug

Empty conversations (no messages) created for random contacts, this happens sort of rarely, chatwoot just says 'new message' in the conversation list, but no messages were received. (when clicked chatwoot just shows a perma loading)

I noticed while writing the issue that one contact migrated their whatsapp number (whatsapp says 'This contact migrated their whatsapp account to 11111, click here to save the new contact" and apparently this triggered the message upsert event creating a chatwoot conversation.

However, the other 2 contacts did not migrate their whatsapp accounts or at least i did not receive any warning in the app, so idk why this happened to them.

Context:

1. None of those contacts have any previous conversations in chatwoot, I connected this account to WAHA+Chatwoot yesterday
2. trying to open the conversations loads eternally since no message was actually received
3. They didn't post any stories either

As you can see here, the contacts with their name appearing, did not migrate their phone numbers.
The contacts which are just a JID 111111@c.us did in fact migrate their phone numbers and this triggered message upsert [or other event?] for conversation creation.

Descreva o bug

Conversas vazias (sem mensagens) criadas para contatos aleatórios, isso acontece raramente, o chatwoot apenas diz 'nova mensagem' na lista de conversas, mas nenhuma mensagem foi recebida.

Percebi ao escrever o problema que um contato migrou seu número do WhatsApp e, aparentemente, isso acionou o evento de upsert da mensagem, criando uma conversa no chatwoot.

Porém, os outros 2 contatos não migraram suas contas do Whatsapp ou pelo menos não recebi nenhum aviso no aplicativo, então não sei por que isso aconteceu com eles.

Contexto:

1. Nenhum desses contatos teve conversas anteriores no chatwoot, conectei esta conta ao WAHA + Chatwoot ontem
2. tentar abrir as conversas carrega eternamente, pois nenhuma mensagem foi realmente recebida
3. Eles também não postaram nenhuma história

Como você pode ver aqui, os contatos com o nome aparecendo não migraram seus números de telefone.
Os contatos que são apenas JID 111111@c.us de fato migraram seus números de telefone e isso acionou o upsert de mensagem [ou outro evento?] para criação de conversa.

Se houver algum tipo de registro de eventos sobre isso, não tenho certeza se algum dado sobre esses eventos pode ser armazenado no waha db, eu poderia lhe enviar se é possível recuperar algo

Found only the chatwoot.inbox | conversation_created for the 2 types of bugs, i'll send in email, but they don't provide relevant info I think, I think I'll need some redis queries to search for the message.any or message created or other events, because my computer really does not want to compute loading more than 20 events at once on the screen (browser freezes when loading and when clicking Ctrl F search cuz there's too much data in each msg event and too many pages to do this lol)

can you provide a query to select from redis message.any logs with a specific jid or contact name? it's impossible to find in the jobs ui here as it can't search or I did not find the search feature. the browser cant handle loading more than 20 msg objects at once and there were over 1000 when i checked
