[GOWS] [CHATWOOT] All media file's name are "no-filename.extension"

Describe the bug

I noticed that all media sent from WhatsApp to Chatwoot is being saved with "no-filename.extension", but when sending from Chatwoot to WhatsApp, the file name appears correctly.

To reproduce, simply send a media file via WhatsApp to the number connected to Chatwoot, and when the file arrives in CW, click on it to view the file name.

WhatsApp doesn't give the filename if you're sending picture, try sending file (like .pdf) - it should have the right name
