[GOWS] - Webhook for incomming messages not working after random time.

I have a problem with GOWS; I have a line that stops sending webhooks. I changed the server to WAHA and it still doesn't send them. I don't know what it could be. When I disconnect the session and scan again, it works, but after a while it drops again and stops sending webhooks. It shows outgoing messages, meaning the webhooks for outgoing messages arrive, but not the incoming ones.

Hi, I only have 3 sessions on the new server. Before that, I only had 7 sessions on the old one. I don't use a proxy. Yesterday I also had a 24-hour restriction on another account because I sent approximately 150 messages. I don't know if it's related, but a few weeks ago I also had two 24-hour restrictions. And as an extra detail, the broadcast lists on the WhatsApp account that doesn't send webhooks for incoming messages were blocked. I don't know if that's related.

I've noticed this happens when I log in again... I tried other previous versions of that version: GOES (2025.12.1 PLUS) and it's the same situation... Could it be something with the WhatsApp app version or something specific to the account? Any ideas? Has anyone else experienced something similar?

It appears to be an error similar to the one reported above. The webhooks are working normally, but with waha 2025.12.1 it gives the following error: I use GOWS waha using a Cloudflare tunnel to expose the URL. The certificate is OK.

I'm also running GOWS version 2025.12.1 PLUS, and randomly, some sessions stop sending messages to the webhook. They need to be manually restarted to resume functioning. A similar problem occurred before, was fixed, but has now returned.

Hello, good morning, and thank you very much for the replies. I still haven't found the error; it doesn't show any errors in the log either. When I send a WhatsApp message, and looking at the Docker log, it doesn't even try to send the webhook; it's as if it's skipped. Even after restarting Docker and the server, it remains in the same state. The only thing that works is disconnecting and rescanning the QR code. Accessing the Waha dashboard and modifying the webhook parameters doesn't work either.

@bergpinheiro: I don't see any errors in the log.

@mateusangelo: It only works if I disconnect my phone and scan the QR code again.

As an additional note, I tried older versions (2025.10 and 2025.11) and the same thing happened, so I also suspect it might be a meta ban issue.

hi... thanks @devlikepro... at the moment is workink, i dosent updated, but i unlink another number on the business.facebook.com and the number start to work fine from yesterday....
