During the grace period, issue Info before switching to Warning? #316
Description
It seems it would be a better way to go from first use to "consider supporting" (in a more visible manner), than going from nothing > warning 🤔
Challenge: Info diagnostics (perhaps due to our de-duplication?) aren't being shown at all in the IDE if we just switch the severity in the descriptor. Need to investigate.
