Allow verifying property initializers

Is it possible to verify property initializers?

Use case: Blazor uses Reflection to set parameters, it doesn't care if the property has a setter or initializer (using the initializer might be desired in some cases)

Example of using initialziers with reflection:

var sample = new SampleClass()
{
    Value = 1
};
Console.WriteLine(sample.Value);

var type = typeof(SampleClass);
var property = type.GetProperty("Value");
property?.SetValue(sample, 2);

Console.WriteLine(sample.Value);


class SampleClass
{
    private int value;
    public int Value
    {
        get => value;
        set
        {
            this.value = value;
            Console.WriteLine("Value initialized");
        }
    }

    public SampleClass()
    {
        Console.WriteLine("Constructor called");
    }
}
